Orders Management Agent (French Speaker)

YOUR ROLE

  • Handle claims initiated by the front office
  • Fulfill all the administrative tasks related to order entry
  • Deal directly with Henkel local teams by creating orders, credit notes, and returns based on requests
  • Support continuous process improvement

YOUR SKILLS 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration , logistics or any relevant study
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in any relevant field
  • Fluent English and French speaker
  • Availability to work on Fridays 
  • Efficient user of MS Office applications
  • Detail oriented and an excellent team player
