  • Responsible for supporting the Creative Maker Team through collaborative development of live, streaming & recorded presentation, specific to our product categories and brand equity decisions.
  • Create intriguing methods of highlighting our products through demonstration
  • Demystify the product chemistry by enlightening the end-user as to how it benefits them
  • Develop and create 3-dimensional props to aid in the selling story
  • Write, shoot, and edit video content to support marketing and sales
  • Attend meetings to maintain a working knowledge of brand goals & strategies supporting the selling story and developing key relationships with customers.
  • Proactively look for opportunities to drive change and improve both process and project outcomes
  • Learn about and participate in the company culture by attending meetings, training and development sessions.
  • Uphold and promote Henkel’s visions and values.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in basic video production skills: writing, set making, shooting, producing and editing
  • Outgoing, high energy, motivated, team-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Outstanding teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of construction, building and material basics
  • Understanding of professional and retail channels
