YOUR ROLE

  • Become an Innovation Customer Experience team member and develop together with the customer activation manager state-of-the-art customer visits in our new Adhesive Technologies Innovation Center
  • Develop customer surveys and prepare feedback analysis
  • Collect best practices into a global consistent framework
  • Facilitate key customer visits
  • Assist in addressing ad-hoc top management requests

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business related studies, ideally with focus on marketing, communications or similar
  • Practical or international experience, e.g. due to previous internships or semesters abroad is beneficial
  • Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
  • Self-organizing and problem-solving skills as well as a goal-orientated approach
  • Strong affinity to B2B and digital marketing topics
  • Excellent communication skills
