YOUR ROLE

  • Assist in job evaluation for all management positions for Henkel global and regional at our Global HR Center of Expertise (CoE)
  • Help implement conceptual and digital global innovations regarding organizational effectiveness, such as global job architecture or digital job evaluation
  • Support for agile management initiatives
  • Assist in developing a competence center for organizational effectiveness at Henkel
  • Steer your own projects and initiatives in a global, open minded team in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Option to write thesis afterwards for exceptionally good candidates

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student of business, psychology or other social sciences with a focus/ specialization on HR combined with IT preferred
  • Interest and/ or first experience in organizational set-ups, change management and agile approaches
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office Tools is a must (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Knowledge and user experience in SAP, digital tools and data analysis highly welcome
  • Profound communication skills, growth mindset and high sense of ownership as well as great team spirit: share the team’s values passion, honesty, fun and success
  • Availability as of March 2021 for 6 months
