  • Leads Singapore HR team to execute HR policies, practices and processes
  • Execute global and regional HR goals - varied across numerous HR areas such as recruitment, total rewards, employee relations and talent management
  • Member of Henkel Singapore Executive Committee
  • Work with HR Director to execute HR activities
  • Provide strategies, insights and practical solutions to stakeholders
  • Coordinates and executes CoE activities within area of responsibility
  • Steers and coordinates HR Processes locally
  • Manages a team of one HR Executive and Intern(s)
  • Also functions as HR Business Partner for Purchasing Team in Singapore 


  • Possess a Degree in HRM or equivalent
  • Possess at least 5 years of HR experience, working in a large scaled MNC environment with a matrix structure
  • In-depth understanding of Singapore employment practices
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Digital mindset and strong computer skills
  • Agile mindset – prepared to change and grow
  • Organized and flexible
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
