YOUR ROLE

  • Independent development and expansion of a best-in-class knowledge base with a focus on the future, global growth strategy for the Beauty Care business of Henkel
  • Independent initiation and steering of all necessary qualitative and quantitative sales-related market research activities
  • Enforcement of ongoing and best possible activation of the knowledge gained, to ensure sustainable business growth in existing and new channels and shopper segments
  • Systematic collection and organisation of insights and data required for the global growth strategy in retail channels and target groups

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master degree in Economics, Market Research or other relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • 2 years overall work experience in an international environment
  • Strong analytical skills, to use insights and data to form strategy
  • Consistently structured and well-organized working style
  • Excellent MS office knowledge
  • Fluent English and German language skills,
