  • Becoming a part of our global team that supports the strategy deployment and operational set-up for Diversity & Inclusion in the Adhesive Technologies business unit of Henkel
  • Translating the global Diversity & Inclusion action plan for Adhesive Technologies into strong concepts and initiatives to concretize it and create value for the employees
  • Leading 1 to 2 workstreams of the Diversity & Inclusion project for Adhesive Technologies
  • Developing impactful communication strategies internally and externally incl. Employer Branding, internal cultural change, social media
  • Deploying Adhesive Technologies internal diversity networks 
  • Monitoring of the Diversity & Inclusion KPIs and targets
  • Active collaboration with the Corporate team for Diversity & Inclusion and regional ambassadors 
  • Representation of Adhesive Technologies at internal and external D&I events and networks


  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics, business administration or psychology (preferably marketing, communication or human resources)
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in human resources, communication, or strategy, ideally working on Diversity & Inclusion or Change management related topics
  • Strong interest and passion for the topic of Diversity & Inclusion with deep understanding and broad knowledge
  • Advanced digital and social media knowledge (social media posts, picture databases, e-Learnings)
  • Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Fluent English language skills, German is advantageous
  • Great team player with a self-motivated, creative, passionate and open-minded personality
