  • Execute the global digital ACB strategy and prepare the digital activities for the local markets
  • Together with the local Digital experts be a change agent to drive the digital transformation of Construction
  • Act as digital consultant & (ex)change agent for local Digital Marketing and other departments -sharing expertise and providing inspiration on latest digital trends
  • Interacts pro actively with Global Digital Market & Customer Activation team, local Marketing, (global) Media, Sales Excellence, Trade Marketing and strategic partners
  • Ensure successful continuation and implementation of omnichannel marketing initiatives alongside the customer journey touchpoints for technology enablers (e.g. Marketing Cloud, BI Analytics, Websites, CMS) within local organization
  • Design, build and deploy regional Digital Activation initiatives and best in class campaigns working with multiple markets, businesses boosting conversations rates & ROI
  • Set up regional strategies and ensure media activation of Social Media Content and (global) campaigns as well as PRO Portal
  • Share / compel and leverage performance analyzes of digital channels, platforms and campaigns for future optimization and recommendations
  • Steer global influencer strategy implementation and support local influencer activities on brands
  • Develop new approaches to connect with consumers in support of the overall Digital ecosystem
  • Ensure Digital Upskilling of our Henkel Colleagues in the local Adhesives Technologies Construction department
  • Be a regional project lead for all digital topics


  • University degree in Economics/Marketing/Communication
  • 3+ years of experience preferable in the field of digital marketing, particularly with social media, websites, content, platforms/SEO, digital advertising and/or influencer marketing (FMCG, CPG)
  • Russian - native speaker. Fluent English skills, additional languages as an advantage.
  • Passion for digital trends & experience economy
  • Analytical & data driven skills, reliability and high level of motivation & self-organization to handle strategic projects independently
  • Creative problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
  • Overall Business understanding
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong team player with drive for change & results
  • International background able to manage multiple stakeholders in different countries (as an advantage)
  • Must be a Russian citizen
