YOUR ROLE

  • Management of incoming and outgoing correspondence: sending letters; courier services - monitoring timely delivery of shipments
  • Arranging internal and external meetings, calls, events and conferences
  • Assisting in business travels arrangements - managing of travel orders
  • Travel management expenses for selected managers
  • Creation of reports, documentation and presentations as needed
  • Raising Purchase Orders in collaboration with Purchasing & Accounting Dept. (Ariba and SAP systems) - processing invoices
  • Managing and ensuring safe storage and efficient access to confidential documents
  • Registering and archiving customers contracts according to corp. standards
  • Supporting the Management and Sales Team in administrative tasks ( ACE system, CMP portal ) - comprehensive support in everyday office work
  • Providing administrative support to APP (Adhesive Paper Packaging) Team Filling in applications, surveys, assessments sent by customers
  • Servicing Mozart system Platform Invest II & WBS

YOUR SKILLS

  • Experience in a similar position will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the spoken and written English language
  • A person must be: communicative, creative, systematic, precise, discreet
  • Ability to work in the MS Office environment
