A dynamic and multidimensional position contributing to Henkel’s business strategy and translating it into organizational and people capabilities. Focus areas include eg: Recruitment, Talent Mgnt & Learning, Personnel Dev, Promotion, Compensation & Benefits, Expatriation, Employment Termination, Org Development.

• As a Nordic HR Business Partner you will give full support to Line Managers in HR related issues. You will also participate local Management meetings to support and coach the management team.

• You will ensure that all global and local HR tools and processes are implemented and executed.

• You will take part in local/regional/global projects.

• The position is located in Stockholm, Sweden.


You have a University degree (preferable within Human Resources) and approx. 3 years experience from HR business. A good knowledge in social media/digitalization, Microsoft Office package and SAP R/3 is preferable.

• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral. You are fluent in English. A merit if you have knowledge in other Nordic languages and preferably Finnish.

• You have strong numerical and analytical skills as well as economical understanding of complex business coherences. You also have Labor Law knowledge.

•You have experience from project management and have change management skills.

• You are social, service-oriented, flexible, proactive problem-solver who can multitasking under pressure.

• You enjoy working with people, have strong humanistic interest and prioritize the personal well-being of our employees.
