YOUR ROLE

  • Support our team in the agile delivery of cutting-edge data-driven HR projects and HR reports
  • Provide statistical analysis to answer specific people-related questions to provide insights to improve Henkel’s overall performance
  • Create reporting dashboards for various HR use cases in Power BI
  • Work in a global, multinational people analytics team in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Share the team’s values passion, honesty, fun and success

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters of studies in business administration, information systems, computer sciences or similar education, with focus on data analysis and statistics
  • Excellent language skills in English
  • Knowledge and first experiences in data-lake technology and statistical analysis methods e.g. regression analysis, Random Forest etc.  are a plus
  • Good skills of Microsoft Power BI, Excel and one of the statistical tools e.g. Python, KNIME, etc. would be highly beneficial
  • Profound communication skills
  • Availability as of March 2021 for 6 months
