YOUR ROLE

  • Manage category and brands under category to achieve business target; P&L, brand image and engagement, NPD, Digital marketing.
  • Develop long term Category plan
  • Portfolio management, Portfolio optimization, category optimization, NPD or new innovation
  • Lead Category P&L, including NES, Sell out, Gross profit and Advertising & Promotion Budget
  • Analyze customer insights and competitors, using that insight to marketing activities to unlock category potential and E-com Performance and Activity tracking.
  • Co-develop with Business development manager/ KA / customer marketing on channel, customer plan and implement channel strategy in term of product assortment, pricing, and promotion.Co-develop with Education team on Product and technical training, communication.
  • Co-ordinate with SCM to ensure demand & supply process for category and Co-ordinate with APAC regional team to share and learning from the success

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in marketing, brand and channel management, category management or trade marketing fields.
  • Goal and result oriented, high learning ability and high leadership
  • Excellent skills in negotiation and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to establish strong relationship and interact effectively.
  • Good command of English and computer literate.
