  • Primary responsibilities are production planning to support the business.
  • Minimizes working capital by maintaining accurate and economically sound inventory levels. Maintain high service level to customers.
  • Coordinate the accurate and timely execution planning (making product as a result of demand including making to order and making to stock), scheduling manufacturing times, raw material procurement and effectively planning the utilization of manufacturing equipment capacity and human labor resources.
  • Track and monitor weekly plant production schedule for four departments on a daily basis.
  • Produce status reports from planning systems (SAP) and prepare status documents using PFS+, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Data analyzed and reports include current allocation of machine and labor resources, status of raw material, intermediate, bulk, packaging and etc. availability.
  • Report schedule attainment and productivity results to management weekly by facilitating daily production meetings


  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Operations Management or equivalent years of work experience required.
  • APICS certification desirable, (CPIM).
  • Three to five years of MRP/DRP planning experience in manufacturing/distribution.
  • Computer system literate
