Global Operations Controlling Manager

YOUR ROLE

  • Drive & steer financial related management process: budget planning, regions, plants & projects
  • Analyze financials & cost structure as well as recommend corrective measures
  • Implement business controlling guidelines & drive standardization across regions/plants
  • Monitor budgets and cost on global /regional level, derive corrective actions
  • Drive and steer Adhesives Operations global planning process
  • Support projects to improve operations setup and processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Operations Controlling by developing reports & tools
  • Conduct controlling-related special analyses for business and operational stakeholders
  • Support AO Financial and Commercial Head and supply chain / operations responsible management

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Finance/Controlling
  • Preferable years of total Finance/ Controlling Experience: 3-5+;
  • Years’ experience in Production Controlling: 2+
  • Working proficiency in English language
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills as well as a goal-oriented approach
  • Team-oriented, flexible personality with analytical thinking
  • International experience is an advantage
