  • Make an impact in our journey to excellence in Global Market & Customer Activation by shaping our Henkel Adhesives Digital Marketing Transformation to a Customer centric and data-driven organization
  • Understand markets & business needs, to guide them in the path to digitally and effectively transform E2E Customer Engagement by developing best-in-class Adhesive Technologies´ global B2B Digital Content & SEO strategy, ensuring close alignment with global and local business & marketing stakeholders
  • Lead and drive global B2B earned and owned (website) content strategy development to ensure consistent content development that delivers value to the customer and for the business
  • Develop and own editorial strategy and Content calendar to create always-on compelling content across all channels by SBU and Market
  • Drive consistent improvement in Content reuse and scalability across channels and countries by leveraging automation with content management systems (Web CMS, PIM, DAM)
  • Lead and enhance Search Engine Optimization strategy, benchmarks of excellence, processes, E2E execution and effectiveness across all SBUs and Markets, in partnership with external Agencies and vendors to drive quality traffic to our Website and boost awareness and Consideration
  • Manage and steer Digital global content partner(s) and lead content creation / production with stakeholders and experts, supporting Digital Campaign Activation efforts
  • Ensure Digital Content & SEO effectiveness, by defining proper measurement framework and set of KPIs, monitoring progress & extracting insights for further optimization
  • In charge of Content and SEO experts within the Market & Customer Activation team, reporting to Global B2B Digital Engagement Lead


  • Master degree in Marketing / Communication / Journalism / PR
  • Minimum 8 years proven expertise in content strategy & development, Customer-Centric storytelling SEO, customer journeys, content performance measurement
  • In-depth understanding of user experience (UX), information architecture and content structures, marketing automation & paid media activation
  • Strong experience with Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager a plus)
  • Excellent persuasive communication and analytical skills to effectively explain and demonstrate digital content marketing and SEO effectiveness
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation and relationship skills, in order to drive large transformational projects at a Global Scale and influence stakeholders
  • Very good business acumen, result-driven, self-motivated and hands-on
  • Creative problem-solving skills and great attention to details
  • Fluent English in written and spoken
