YOUR ROLE
Key supporting role serves as single point of contact to all Material Master Data Stakeholders as well Shared Services Centers, to provide optimal support to Material Master Data processes, applications and escalations
Management of support activities within the assigned business areas (management of team consisting of internal key users, business process owners, experts and IT)
Conduct periodic meetings with other Data Manager colleagues to discuss findings, seek solutions (in the case of problems arising), and decide on ways forward
Identifying possible improvements on company processes and systems within Material Master Data management and drive improvements to ensure efficient master data processes and high quality of master data within company systems
Single point of contact to all Material Master Data stakeholders (marketing, supply planning, product development, business planning, packaging, purchasing, 3PM etc.) in order to give optimal support to the business within SAP, PIA and other Material Master Data related applications
Act as a Process Expert and manage expectations within Global/Local projects at Henkel
Manage to keep all stakeholders regularly updated and informed with latest findings, address possible improvements
Establish, maintain and review regularly the internal Annual Training plan for Material Master Data stakeholders, develop and coordinate all respective documentation activities
YOUR SKILLS
University Degree in Economics and experience in Supply Chain Operations
3-5 years of professional experience in similar position
Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions
Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Business fluent English skills
Excellent in planning, prioritisation/multi-tasking and organizations skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
Extended business knowledge across functions
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SAP knowledge is an advantage
