YOUR ROLE

  • Hands on experience as a process coordinator for employee life cycle process management (e.g. transfer/promotion/exit process follow-up)
  • Consolidate and Analyze daily personnel information/ report
  • Optimize daily operation 
  • Exposure to Henkel leadership team
  • Individual development and professional mentoring

YOUR SKILLS

  • Currently taking up bachelor’s degree in any study (Management and Psychology preferred) 
  • Can render at least three days a week for six (6) months
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel and PPT)
  • Excellent English Communication Skills 
  • Proactive with strong learning ability
