Regional Key Account Manager (Industrial/Electronic Adhesives)

  • The Regional Key Account Manager will manage, develop & execute key account strategies for Henkel's Industrial/Electronic Adhesives appliance, heavy equipment, industrial automation, electronic components, and specialty vehicle. 
  • Helps Update regularly the Key account strategic plan, 5 year strategic business plan and annual KP forecast/execution with regional input      
  • Provide strategic plan presentations to Henkel and customer Executive level.        
  • Responsible for regional/global revenue targets (top line and profit goals) as well as overall customer satisfaction.        
  • Works with cross functional Henkel team(s) regarding account strategy, team member responsibilities and expectations.        
  • Drives execution of key priorities and ACE sales opportunities.        
  • Translates customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap.        
  • Helps Builds ADP pipeline. Develop influential network on all key levels & dimensions of KA with the region.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related is preferred. 
  • 5+ years of Account Management experience in a technical/solution selling environment is required. 
  • Previous adhesives, coatings or related experience is preferred. 
  • Consistent record of sales growth.
  • Ability to travel regionally (AL, GA, FL) 25%-50%.
