YOUR ROLE

  • Building strong relationships with strategic customers/stakeholders and identifying needs and requirements to promote company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction
  • Setting, monitoring and achieving sales targets, managing both short and long term results                           
  • Maximizing existing business and seeking for new opportunities both with existing and new customers, keeping up with key category trends identifying new business opportunities
  •  Functionally leading Store Agents to maximize results on field
  • Collecting and analyzing sales data and trends while learning from the Sales team and contribute to growth of it
  • Building sales and marketing plans, creating & executing customer/channel sales strategies in order to maximize financial targets of the channel
  •  Liaising with Sales, Marketing and other business support departments to set and implement strategies                                         

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a relevant discipline
  •  Up to 2 years of experience in Sales in an FMCG company
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Competent in problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
  • Well command of MS Office applications
  • Energetic, proactive and eager to learn
