YOUR ROLE

  • Support the development and implementation of global sales and channel excellence strategies and programs for the Adhesives Metals business
  • Assist the project management of our strategic programs, which include: 1. Drive online sales (B2B eShop), 2. Implement a digitally powered sales eco-system (AI-driven CRM) and 3. Increase selling expertise (eTraining)
  • Become the mentee of our global head of sales & channel excellence and receive continuous feedback and coaching from our team members to further develop your skills 
  • Collaborate closely across regions and with different functions (Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Product Managers)

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student who has successfully completed first semesters of business-related studies with excellent results
  • Previous internship related to sales, marketing or strategy in a market leading company or consultancy
  • Very good English language skills
  • Firm knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS SharePoint
  • Structured, organized and determined personality with team-oriented, open-minded and creative skills
  • Preferred start: February 2021 for about six months
