Logistics specialist in Inđija


  • Planning outbound deliveries from Henkel plants in Serbia for domestic market and cross-border customers based on requested delivery date and full transport capacity of transport of equipment used;
  • Contract transport equipment (standard trucks, thermo trucks, vans) from Henkel agreed suppliers to deliver Henkel orders;
  • Prepare transport documents;
  • Prepare documents for custom clearance;
  • Confirming Henkel agreed tariffs for transportation, storage and custom clearance;
  • Collecting POD (proof of delivery) for all delivered orders;
  • Approving transport and other added services invoices, based on Henkel agreed tariffs and conditions;
  • Managing customers complains for missing or damaged goods during transportation;
  • Leading logistics projects to increase ECSL (end customer service level) and decrease transport costs;
  • Sending monthly reports to his superior regarding deliveries, shipments, carriers’ performance;
  • Responsible to train carriers in respect of safety rules inside Henkel plants;
  • Preparing of transport reports;
  • Receipt of materials / goods in accordance with the prescribed instructions;
  • Organizing material storage;
  • Organizing loading and unloading of goods, etc.;
  • Responsibility for the condition of the materials in the warehouse on request;
  • Responsibility for the type and quantity of prepared goods;
  • Responsibility for the proper placement of goods in the warehouse;
  • Forming a picking list and delivery certificate and archiving documentation;
  • Working on a computer in a warehouse;
  • Maintain reports of work performed;
  • Temporary assistance in other jobs at the request of a superior.


  • University degree;
  • Previous work experience in similar jobs is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and proactivity;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Persistence and perseverance;
  • Independence in work and desire to work in a multinational team;
  • Computer work (MS Office);
  • English language knowledge.
