YOUR ROLE

This role is based in Kuwait under Distributor.

  • Ensure all sales & collection targets both short term and long term are met 
  • Manage, train & coach a team of Sales Executives in Kuwait
  • Create & Steer daily route plans for each rep to cover assigned customers
  • Manage forecasting, stocks, slow movers according to market needs
  • Conduct daily meetings with team
  • Follow up on collection
  • Visit the shops you and your team are responsible for
  • Build excellent relationship with distributor & key customers
  • Find new opportunities to drive growth of the business
  • No travel outside Kuwait required, however there will be a necessary field visit

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration
  • English and Arabic proficiency 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably FMCG
  • Traditional trade Sales-operations experience
  • Distributor management experience
  • MS Office Proficiency
  • Adequate level of negotiation skills needed
  • Strong follow-up skills and high determination to achieve results
  • Leadership skills to steer the team on daily basis
  • Proactive, positive, enabler & team player mindset
  • Driving License
  • Transferable V-18 Visa
  • This position is only for Kuwait based candidates
