YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for the purchasing of indirect materials and services – HR – Trainings and Employee Benefits
  • Executes sourcing events, negotiates and contracts new or existing suppliers in line with the global strategy of the SERV purchasing category
  • Challenges and enriches the Categories' objectives, goals and strategies, including all short, mid and long-term financial targets and any risk mitigation strategies
  • Identifies and implements best business partnerships in close cooperation with the other Category Team Members and Category Team Leader
  • Aligns and cooperates with internal stakeholders for new businesses or demands
  • Handles activities related to supplier management, agreement management, invoice reconciliation and demand management/digital ordering

YOUR SKILLS

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in strategic purchasing of indirect materials for a global company; purchasing of Services/HR considered an advantage
  • Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration/Supply Chain
  • Excellent communication skills with negotiating, influencing and convincing abilities
  •  An open mindset that can react creatively on changes in the markets and our company
  • Project management knowledge and team player attitude
  • Analytical thinking and conceptual skills
  • Working proficiency in English is mandatory, German or other language is an advantage

Minimum salary: 1500 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
