Henkel Global Media manages media activities for all Henkel brands across all business units. We are a strong team of 30+ Global & Local experts in 10+ locations worldwide. Our scope covers the full Media product from strategy to buying in both Classical and Digital Media. We partner with the best agencies, data and ad-tech providers to deliver strong results for our brands. Internally we join forces with our stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, E-Com etc.) on Local and Global level.

YOUR ROLE

  • Global Media Strategy development for our key brands
  • Analyze & recommend campaign mechanics along the consumer´s path to purchase
  • Know best performing formats and targeting strategies to maximize reach
  • Focus on Media effectiveness and efficiency to drive ROI
  • Build & leverage 1st and 3rd party activation data
  • Drive our innovation agenda through local pilots and research  
  • Steering of campaign and budget reporting (incl. dashboard solutions)
  • Digital Media counseling & training for Global Henkel Teams
  • Strong collaboration with Global Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media & Creative Agency teams
  • Working in a challenging, dynamic & international environment 

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master degree in Business Administration or Marketing, ideally with focus on media
  • Minimum of 4 years practical experience in the field of Media Strategy (classical & digital media), e.g. work experience in a media agency (FMCG background is an advantage)
  • Expertise in data-driven media activations, performance KPI analysis & optimization
  • Ideally technical understanding and experiences with digital media solutions like DV360, Google Ads, DMPs
  • Goal oriented and reliable project management
  • Global mindset & cultural experiences
  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Fluent English language & convincing communication skills
