YOUR ROLE
- To follow established formulas and procedures to create mixed batches of materials along with packaging finished goods.
YOUR SKILLS
- Follows process orders and manufacturing instructions to load chemicals and process a product in a mixing vessel or reactor. This could consist of mixing, heating, cooling, drying, vacuuming and other processing methods.
- Has basic knowledge of SAP, LOGOS, and label printing (if required).
- Inspects and cleans mixing vessels or reactors as instructed.
- Accesses manufacturing instructions, standard operating procedures and standard test methods (if required) using HIMDOC.
- Monitors and interacts with PLC's (if required), gauges, dials, valves, meters, vacuum pumps, heaters, chillers and other process controls in order to conform to batch processes.
