  • Oversee preparation of shipping documentation and sales order completion
  • Oversee booking and scheduling of freight with freight forwarders and domestic air/surface carriers
  • Ensure that daily functions of traffic team are occurring such that freight is timely and efficiently moving from origin to destination
  • Audit and approve freight invoices and resolve all discrepancies as appropriate
  • Monitor freight record keeping insuring that company records are maintained in accordance with established policies and applicable regulations
  • Oversee dangerous goods packaging, marking labeling, and documentation
  • Provide freight routing, status, and delivery status information to customers ,customer service, sales offices and management as required
  • Develop RFQ and negotiate global freight agreements


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of three years work experience in Supply Plan or equivalent is required
  • Knowledge of SAP is required
  • Competent in MS Office (especially in Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is preferred
  • Good communication skill in English and Korean is required
