E-Commerce Account Manager

YOUR ROLE:

To ensure that the e-commerce sales target is achieved by effectively and efficiently implementing and coordinating the sales effort.

·Responsible for achieving sales targets on individual level.

·Preparing and presenting customer account & product performance reviews on a monthly basis.

·Working together with strategic decision makers at customer level in planning promotions, in-house customer activities and account strategies on national level.

·Product sales training with customers as well as internal staff.

·Responsible for reviews & updates.

·Maintaining and developing viable listings, deals & promotional activities with all customers that have an e-commerce platform on National and Regional level.

·Acting as support system to sales team.

·Create campaigns to boost e-commerce in conjunction with marketing manager.

·Grow e-commerce footprint of consumer brands.

YOUR SKILLS:

·Strong people management skills

·Thorough knowledge of customers, products and market

·Experience and understanding of e-commerce.

·Selling experience at key account or higher levels in e-commerce environment

·Strong negotiation and selling skills at a national level

·Strong interpersonal relationship skills

·University degree in Business or Marketing

·Minimum 3 years’ experience
