YOUR ROLE

  • Join the world’s largest adhesives producer with a unique portfolio of breakthrough innovations, tailor-made solutions and strong brands in adhesives, sealants and functional coatings
  • Make an impact in our journey to excellence in Global Market & Customer Activation by shaping our Henkel Adhesives Digital Marketing Transformation to a Customer centric and data-driven organization
  • Understand markets & business needs, to guide them in the path to digitally and effectively transform E2E Customer Engagement by leading Adhesive Technologies´ Global Digital owned & earned channels strategy, capabilities building and deployment / adoption: B2B Website, Digital Content, SEO, Social Media, ensuring best-in-class integrated Customer experience and consistent channel performance across all SBUs and Markets
  • Own the strategic development, implementation and performance of our Global B2B Henkel Adhesives Website
  • Set the stage for E2E Digital Customer Experience across all Henkel Adhesives owned and earned channels, by applying Customer needs and/or Persona based segmentation and journey mapping, working across all SBUs/Regions to maximize engagement and drive conversion and business growth
  • Drive full adoption of Digital Engagement Capabilities and standards across SBUs and Markets
  • Manage global B2B engagement budget and resources
  • Lead and further develop Digital Engagement performance KPI and goals across all owned digital Channels and Platforms, covering all B2B SBUs and Countries
  • Collaborate with Henkel Digital IT team and external vendors & consultants to bring digital marketing activities to the next level
  • Responsibility of Global Digital Website, Content, SEO, Social Media and Deployment teams

YOUR SKILLS

  • Economics and/or Marketing / Communication background with a strong focus on B2B Digital Marketing,
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience within strategic development and implementation of Websites, Content & SEO, Customer-Centric storytelling, Customer journeys, Digital performance measurement, Social Media
  • Excellent persuasive communication, strategic skills, presentation and relationship skills, in order to drive large transformational projects at a Global Scale and influence Executive stakeholders
  • In-depth understanding of user experience (UX), information architecture and content structures, marketing automation & paid media activation
  • Solid experience with Content Management Systems, DAM, PIM, Social Media and SEO tooling and good familiarity with agile environment
  • International background, able to manage multiple stakeholders in different countries and contexts
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
