YOUR ROLE

  • Lead and develop end to end the Vehicle Repair & Maintenance segment business in Germany and Switzerland and to exceed financial and strategic targets
  • Lead and make an impact on the entire sales force, functional stakeholders and eco system to achieve respective results
  • Pioneer and own sales and brand initiatives and excellence programs
  • Ensure high quality and high value new business development pipeline
  • Lead a best-in-class team and contribute to the development of regional/local Sales and Marketing plans in line with strategies and tactics
  • Set SMART Objectives and Key Results

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master degree in business administration or other relevant field
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience with focus on national Sales, preferably in the Automotive industry
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout Germany
  • Goal oriented working-style, reliable in project management with track record of success
  • Persuasive communication style to effectively interact with key stakeholders across functions, countries and external partners
  • Excellent English & German language skills
