YOUR ROLE

  • Lead root cause analysis to develop action and improvement plan for failures and customer complaint
  • Lead customer satisfaction activities which include audit and complaint responses etc.
  • Educate and train quality system to plant employees and suppliers / 3PM for quality improvement proactively
  • Handle inter-company customer complaint and communicate customer                   

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree or above 
  • Should have 5-10 years of Experience in Chemical industry
  • Preferred language: Japanese (Fluent) English (Good)
  • Other Skills: MS Office should be excellent
