Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely Operate forklift and follow all policies 
  • Must exemplify good safety habits and promote behavior-based safety principals
  • Understands and follows all safety rules, work rules, regulations, MSDSs, & Incident Reporting
  • Independently produce SF9385 and SF6179 formulations
  • Operate all equipment Safely & Independently
  • Basic maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge
  • Identify deviations to conditions called out in batch ticket and seek assistance to resolve
  • Practice good inventory control procedures.
  • Work within a fast-paced team environment that requires cooperation and communication among all. Takes direction from assigned Supervisor & Dept. Lead
  • Ensure all waste, including Hazardous and Non-Hazardous is properly stored and labeled.
  • Complete Haz Com training per 29 CFR 1910.1200 requirements, Emergency Response training per 29 CFR 1910.38 requirements, RCRA per 40 CFR 265.16-annual refresher.


  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 1 year experience in chemical batch making
  • At least one year of forklift driving experience is preferred
  • Must be able to lift and stack 50-55 lb drums and bags in substantial quantities
  • High School or GED
