YOUR ROLE

  • Located in our Shared Service Center in Mexico, we support HR related activities in LATAM & North Americas. The main objective of this position is to ensure high Maintenance in the employee cycle system, basic information, movements, bonuses, among others.
  • During our process, we are responsible to analize the information sent by the requesters according our corporate standards to ensure proper maintenance of the information in SAP, completing additional steps.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Proactiveness, Continuous Improvement mindset, Analytical thinking
  • English mandatory intermediate
  • Digital skills, Vistual Collaboration, independent, customer service (at least a year)
  • Excel-Intermediate: filters, pivot tables, basic formulas. Macros is a plus
