Regional Sales Manager Coastal - Hardware

YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for entire sales budget for given territory (KZN/EC/WC) Manage and grow new & existing customer relationships and management level.
  • Manage and analyze account profiles. Effective control of daily ESF (Exclusive Sales Force) activities including, Route planning, daily report tracking, monitoring correct use of company tools.
  • Responsible for reaching established sales targets & revenue goals.
  • Work together with marketing department on successful execution of promotional account activities.

YOUR SKILLS

  • People management - experience managing of sales team in Hardware or similar industry (2 years)
  • Technological & market know how - thorough knowledge of customers, products and hardware market in SA Selling experience at key account or higher level in similar industry (3 years)
  • Business Acumen - strong negotiation and selling skills at a national level
  • Personal Skills - strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • (IT/Language) - above average literacy, numeracy and computer skills
