Manager - Terms of Sale Administration

YOUR ROLE

  • Maintenance of all policies and procedures documentation in respective data repository as defined by the governance model.
  • Maintenance / Oversight of all formally recognized reporting tools across all BU’s related to ToS compliance.
  • Sources include: SAP, OTM, Sales BI
  • Facilitate where needed and document that processes regarding updates and enforcement (CPU rates, ARP, Quarterly Bracket Pricing Reviews, Payment Terms) are being executed w/customers as defined by Henkel NA policy
  • Track compliance of and generate support material for annual review of all elements of ToS in accordance with the aligned governance model:
  • Warehouse efficiency metrics used for bracket pricing (led by Logistics)
  • Bracket pricing updates (led by Logistics and Sales)
  • Payment terms (led by Finance)
  • ARP rates (led by Sales w/3rd party consultant)
  • Returns policy (led by Customer Operations)
  • Markdowns (led by Sales)
  • CPU rates (led by Transportation)
  • Assist and lead in the development of new reporting tools and data governance requirements to support transparency of program performance and enable activities necessary to achieve expected results.
  • Ad-hoc reporting to Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance. 
  • Natural drive to build, evaluate and iterate on processes to continuously improve while valuing documentation as a key to success
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and go above and beyond expectations

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience in an analytical or programming role preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years analytical experience.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Financial Reporting, AR/Deductions and/or Logistics/Transportation strongly recommended
  • Candidate must have advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.  Candidate must demonstrate a working knowledge of Power BI and SAP
