·The role of the Associate Brand Manager on Snuggle FFI is to impact decisions and support development and execution of brand marketing programs.

·Analyze the business performance and help shape brand direction by anticipating competition and market trends and translating consumer attitudes into actions.Assists with communication of brand strategies and works extensively with cross functional teams (Marketing Services, Sales, R&D, etc.) to bring progress to life.

·Contribute to achievement of P&L, top-line and bottom-line targets

·Assist Brand Manager in developing and conducting business analysis for business plan and marketing program justification

·Develop and effectively execute all Marketing Plan programs, including consumer promotions, PR initiatives, media and interactive programs

·Actively participate in creative development (i.e. develop creative brief, provide creative feedback)

·Provide comprehensive Sales and Market Share reporting through pulling IRI data, analyzing results, and compiling key issues and indicated actions for Executive Leadership Team.

·Manage SKU offering and inventories. Recommend SKU rationalization and optimization initiatives based on topline volume, bottom line profitability, and supply/demand efficiencies

·Lead small, medium, and large scale projects such as bonus packs, artwork re-designs, and new item innovations and drive projects forward to completion

·Collaborate with Sales leadership in the development of customer facing communication and strategy.

·Assist Brand Manager with major new product development initiatives, including identifying consumer insights, partnering with R&D, coordinating market research, developing package copy

·Responsible for tracking monthly shipment/consumption and competitive activity; track and maintain budgeted financial targets for all marketing programs


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, MBA preferred, with 2-4 yrs of related experience, in consumer products marketing or sales preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills to work with people in diverse functional areas.
  • Project Management experience a ability to balance multiple objectives and prioritize accordingly
  • Solid analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
