YOUR ROLE
- Administrative Tasks (30%)
oTravel booking & arrangements
oMeeting arrangements
oReport consolidation
oSales team support on samples, project info, order status info, etc.
- Strategic Projects (70%)
oCreation of Project Management Office (PMO) approach to drive change agenda
oTracking and follow up on all key projects within SEA
oDirect ownership to develop and drive strategic projects
oExecutive level presentation development to support report out on current status and planned direction
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Possess at least 2 years’ of working experience
- Ability to fulfil administrative tasks & strategic projects at same time
- Willingness to drive change and challenge the status quo
- Strong project management skills & organization
- Ability to manage & interpret data to identify trends and create executive level summaries
