YOUR ROLE

  • Join the central Market Strategy and Organizational Excellence team, helping to transform Adhesive Technologies into a future-ready organization - market-centric, competitive, and agile
  • Define and align standard process & methodology for market modelling activities for SBUs, with view to derive markets size, growth, and profitability
  • Provide input to Finance (short- and long-term planning, management board review) and Marketing & Strategy activities (Go-to-Market process, Portfolio Management and Roadmapping)
  • Run on-demand analysis of macroeconomic and industrial indicators, by means of various data analytics techniques (statistical regressions and time series analysis) to provide senior management with data-driven recommendations for business steering
  • Get to know the global market leader in Adhesive Technologies and have direct access to its senior management as a basis for building a long-term career at Henkel

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics with excellent results from a leading university
  • Min. 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in market analytics, competitive intelligence, or research and database design 
  • International experience that allows you to evaluate opportunities from multiple perspectives
  • Strong analytical capabilities, ambition, and proficient knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Fluent English language skills, additional proficiency in any other major European language desirable
  • Team player with high level of motivation
