An opportunity has arisen to apply for the role of a Plant Controller (Cost/Management Accountant). Responsible for all product costing activities and spending monitoring for Henkel Ireland   


  • Assist with preparation of KP financial Budgets
  • Monitor and report on operations performance
  • Preparation of Monthly Finance review & presentation to Senior Management team
  • Review & approval of Monthly product costing updates for all Henkel Ireland Products
  • New product costing requests - R&D & Operations
  • Prepare monthly forecast for HQ
  • Support projects to improve operations setup and processes with monthly updates & presentation to Senior Management
  • Preparation of discounted cash flow on Capital Investment projects and Part of Project Investment Board (PIB) to review and approval of capital projects
  • Support Month end close processes for Henkel Ireland, working closely with regional financial shared services centre in Hemel Hempstead.
  • Build strong meaningful relationships across all areas of Dublin Operations, Research & development, and with counterparts in corporate controlling & regional shared service centre


  • Third level qualification in business /accounting
  • 3 years’ Experience of production, quality systems, logistics systems & maintenance processes.
  • To be able to work to tight deadlines for Monthly reporting
  • Ability to work with people across multiple functional teams
  • To be part of the Henkel Ireland team and to assist to achieve the company goals
  • Ability to innovate and challenge issues
