- Drive the expansion of the Sports and Fashion business in China with existing customers,
- new customers, new applications.
- Take ownership of delivering results and growth
- Lead the sales team to over-deliver sales target in the area
- Well manage the distributors
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or MBA a plus
- Successful track record in a commercial role especially on area sales management
- Proven experience and know-how on footwear market a plus
- Experience on leading a team to outperform in the market
