  • Vehicle Repair & Maintenance (VRM) Junior Business Developer EEIMEA is responsible for initiating and coordinating the VRM key projects in the region focused into countries such as: Russia, India, Turkey, Poland, Austria, South Africa and others
  • Leading key projects within the region for regular follow up and cascade to the country team members and key accounts
  • Developing the projects' development plan monthly and sharing with the division manager on regular terms
  • Creating weekly planning for communication and projecting overview with key customers for the implementation of the projects
  • Driving the sales pipeline for these key projects that are in the focus of the projects
  •  Connecting with country sales managers and territory sales engineers for the development of the project on regular terms
  • Leading the sales team, drive the technical customer service (TCS) and marketing requirements in order to maintain a sustainable business model for the future
  • Planning necessary trainings of the teams for continuous development
  • Monitoring key customers sales and profitability, leading and giving the necessary targets to the sales team in order to reach and exceed Sales and Profitability plan of the division
  • Defining the strategic fit of these key development projects for the sales and profitability of the division within the country
  • Monitoring and leading the necessary Capris / ACE pipeline in coordination with country requirements
  •  Finding out and scouting for new projects within the region inline with the Vehicle Repair and Maintenance market developments


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • 1-3 years of experience 
  • Automotive aftermarket knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent Project Management and Data Generation skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and reporting skills
  • Strong planning, organizing, and integration skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Digital skills and socially being connected is a plus
  • Willing to work in a dynamic environment with distribution and sales fields connectivity
  • Valid driving license and flexibility for traveling
  • Open, analytically and out of the box thinking structure
  • Eager to learn and having multitasking agile personality
