HPS Engineer

  • Lead initiatives in the following areas: HPS elements (OEE, 5S, Six Sigma, VST, A3, TPM, etc.) 
  • Standardization of Processes 
  • Operational Systems 
  • Supply Chain Improvements 
  • Professional Development and Training 
  • Develop, implement, and manage sitewide OEE and 5S programs 
  • Work with site leadership to identify and validate savings opportunities and manage the Cost Chase Database (CCDB) 
  • Be a key resource for HPS and train site employees on tools, skills, and methodology. 
  • Facilitate continuous improvement workshops targeting specific improvement opportunities 
  • Lead cross functional A3 projects tasked with improving manufacturing and supply chain processes 
  • Lead cultural changes at the site and support continued deployment HPS within Henkel Operations 
  • Special Projects as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a lean manufacturing environment 
  • Excellent leadership and team building skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills 
  • Lean Manufacturing, OEE, 5S, A3 experience 
  • Competent in project management, possessing the ability to lead continuous improvement workshops/events 
  • Must be a highly motivated individual who is able to manage and lead multiple projects at one time. 
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of Plant Operations
