  • Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards and practices, and support of Henkel’s Vision are maintained as a top priority.
  • The Material Handler is expected to perform the required duties of this position in full compliance with departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Operates one of the following MHE: lift truck, narrow aisle, or pallet jack based on job function.
  • Performs various loading and unloading functions with an understanding truck load weight limitations and proper weight distribution of loads.
  • Performs case and full unit picks, replenishments, product storage, and receipts as documented in standard operating procedures.
  • Takes independent action or directs resolution of housekeeping infractions in area of responsibility.
  • Performs additional tasks as directed by Supervisor and / or Team Lead


  • High school graduate or GED
  • Previous distribution / warehousing experience
  • Must be dependable and punctual and have reliable transportation
  • Fork list experience Safety focused
