YOUR ROLE

  • Develop a Shopper Marketing annual plan, work with the Category Managers and the Sales Teams to develop detailed activation plans (including e-commerce) to unlock category driving initiatives
  • Conduct post program analysis, reviewing return on investment (ROI) and identifying continuous improvements for future.
  • Manage the Shopper Marketing budget, develop a comprehensive in-store and online plan, to develop and execute plans which deliver the category strategy
  • Point of Sale Development, develop a range of innovative POS concepts aligned with brand objectives and customer needs
  • Support the Sales Team with Go-To-Market Excellence for all new and existing product implementations
  • Manage our space management process, developing a clear planogram (POG) strategy based upon the insights and direction from the Category Development Plan

YOUR SKILLS

  • Strong experience within Trade/Shopper/Retail Marketing across FMCG
  • Experience in managing complex projects, even when faced with challenges
  • Excellent time management, planning, attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, inter-personal and communication skills
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial, pro-active, and self-motivating
  • Degree qualified with at least a 2-3 years’ relevant work experience
