  • Provide strong leadership to lead country IT and inspire a culture of service management excellence
  • Responsible for setting and execution of strategic roadmap in accordance to dx strategy
  • Efficient and effective delivery of all local IT services
  • Budget and cost management: plan, control and monitor for local services budget covering
  • Drive service improvements with global service and local service providers
  • Ensure regular dx presence in country Executive committee to update & align key stakeholders
  • Align service level agreements with local business in the country and monitor and drive providers to ensure Service Level Agreement are met
  • Liaise with business on local demand and communicate to Key Account Manager
  • IT compliance, security, and IT service continuity management


  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Computer, Computer Science or related field
  • At least 5 years experienced in IT field with MNC company
  • Sound understanding of IT infrastructure (network, infrastructure, data center) and computer hardware/software systems including O365
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage personnel
  • Good written and verbal communication in English
  • Has project management experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
