YOUR ROLE

  • Develop robust market intelligence of ACC market across all channels
  • Build partnerships with distributors, retailers & end-users to drive sales and increase brand awareness of Henkel brands.
  • Define and implement go to market strategy with high ability to win.
  • Sales management and P&L responsibility.
  •  Customer engagement (T2T with key partners) & Market understanding .

YOUR SKILLS

  • Candidate with minimum 5 years of experience distribution sales.
  • Masters degree preferred.
  • The candidate should have a strong understanding & background of the consumer adhesives market of India. They should be driven, pro-active & have an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Candidate with good communications skills 
  • Candidate with adhesive background preferred.
