  • Acting as Jr. HR Business Partner for Beauty Care & Laundry Home Care business units, providing support & guidance in all HR related topics 
  • Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner Beauty Care & Laundry Home Care in order to create, develop, and execute strategic HR actions 
  • Supporting variety of HR related programs such as:  
    • Performance management
    • Succession planning (Rotations, career moves, development needs etc.)
    • Talent Identification and development planning
    • Leadership development
    • Organizational change & development
  • Compensation reviews and salary proposals to ensure that Henkel’s current and future HR requirements are met
  • Partner effectively with department managers in the development of internal HR systems and processes while ensuring business and legal compliance
  • Analyzing HR metrics, providing reports and presentations on a regular and/or need basis 
  • Assuming responsibility for the creation, development and execution of the regional and local HR projects 


  • Having a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field with a successful academic record, master’s degree is an asset 
  • Minimum 2-5 years of HRBP experience is essential, experience within different HR functions
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, expertise in Excel is necessary 
  • Out of the box thinking skills with an appetite to bring added-value for the organization with a passion 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
