YOUR ROLE

  • Own product development stages of our product development activity including raw material selection, formulation, and testing
  • Propose and develop new formulations in line with customer expectations, market opportunities and commercial potential
  • Source all relevant materials and equipment to support product development lab operations
  • Create formulation and deliver performance improvements
  • Work closely with technical customer service team and marketing team to provide support in relation to marketing documentation and claims for new products
  • Develop strong, collaborative, working relationships across all functions
  • Provide necessary supervision to staff to achieve project targets
  • Support sales and technical functions within each business team or manufacturing functions as required
  • Participate in global teams and lead global projects as deemed appropriate
  • Keep all lab resources in good working order and maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality procedures

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s Degree in Chemistry or equivalent is required
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, new innovations, and technologies is required
