  • Providing technical advices on products and applications to direct customers, Distributors and internal sales & Technical Customer Service (TCS) team to grow business & support sales projects
  • Installation, troubleshooting & demonstration of adhesive dispensing equipment to customers at customer site / lab
  • Conducting product trials, demonstrations, technical visits at customer site & at Henkel lab & TCS Center
  • Training new Sales and/or TCS Engineers, distributors & customers on product and application knowledge
  • Responding promptly to customer calls & queries and resolving customer complaints & providing technical solutions, if any
  • Coordinating with Product Development teams for developing sustainable innovation while supporting on new product launches and business development activities
  • Engaging and involving in all Sales and Marketing initiatives and programs
  • Representing Henkel at conferences, trade shows and meetings regarding avenues of research and new advances.
  • Being a value driver for customer & cascade TCS best practices in day to day job!


  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
  • Knowledge & hands-on experience of adhesives, sealant & coating technology (dispensing equipment knowledge will be a plus)
  • 2 -5 years of experience into Technical Customer Service from manufacturing industry (preferred – Electric motor, Compressor, gerbox manufacturing industry )
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Available to travel at customer sites (regular short term business trips throughout Middle East countries and other facilities)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and presentation skills
