The Global Head of Technical Customer Service leads a global team of highly-skilled application engineers who drive growth through their technical expertise at our customers everyday.

YOUR ROLE

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a global team of top experts
  • Expand know-how in wood bonding and processing through lab and field work
  • Support customers in production line startups and continuous process improvement
  • Drive the expansion of the business to new regions
  • Develop and implement the highest quality and safety standards at our customers
  • Be an active member of the global engineered wood industry
  • Develop market and technology opportunities outside the current core business

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in engineering or science  
  • Successful track record in leading international technical teams (>5 yrs)
  • Profound experience in the wood, and/or adhesives industry (>10 yrs)
  • Knowledge in equipment engineering, automation, production processes a plus
  • Ability and willingness to acquire deep knowledge in a technically demanding business under a complex regulatory environment (certifications, building codes, …)
  • Highly international with the ability to build networks globally across different cultures
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with disciplined execution
  • Fluency in English; German a strong plus as the position is based out of our offices in Lucerne, Switzerland.
