Demand Planner DACH - Beauty Care Professional (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Acting as the integral part to link and align sales driven forecasts with production needs
  • Being part of the successful innovation pipeline of Henkel Beauty care by planning and aligning launch activities
  • Responsibility for the achievement of sales plans, by creating short- to long term sales demand plans with the help of statistical forecasts and input from the Sales and Marketing teams for promotional activities or special impacts
  • Planning, executing and controlling the full supply chain planning process for promotional activities including sales demands, net demands, inventory levels and the underlying processes
  • Identifying slow moving articles and taking actions to manage their lifecycle

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Business Administration (or comparable) and knowledge of the interdependencies in a target-oriented company
  • Ideally minimum of 2 years of business experience in the field of demand planning – preferably for an FMCG company 
  • Motivation to further develop and run the new global Henkel Beauty Care sales & operations process for the DACH region
  • Familiarity with SAP or demand planning systems (preferably APO demand planning), a high working experience in Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with reporting systems
  • Experience in presenting results and taking responsibilities in front of groups
  • Acting in a team, but also holding a motivation to strengthen it by acting as a role model
  • Flexibility, open-mindedness and ability to deal with setbacks
  • Fluent German and English is a must
